Lollapalooza ended its 2026 Chicago run on Sunday, August 2. Its official dates page placed the four-day festival at Grant Park from July 30 through August 2, with daily entrance hours of 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The box office and wristband-assistance desk closed an hour earlier, at 9 p.m.
| Sunday service | Listed hours | Location detail |
|---|---|---|
| Festival entrances | 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. | Grant Park |
| Box office | 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. | Michigan Avenue and Ida B. Wells, south |
| Wristband assistance | 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. | Michigan Avenue and Ida B. Wells, north |
The box-office guide distinguished collecting a will-call order from replacing a wristband. The latter belonged at wristband assistance, on the other side of the same intersection.
Both services required government-issued identification to verify an order. Wristband replacement was limited to orders purchased through the festival website, Front Gate Tickets, or Ticketmaster Verified Exchange. A third-party resale receipt was not automatically eligible.
The earlier service deadline applied to unresolved ticket and wristband problems even while music continued inside the festival.
Will-call collection and wristband replacement were handled separately. A purchase from a resale source outside the named eligible channels could require help from that seller rather than festival wristband assistance.
The archived Sunday timetable supplies a record of this year's arrangements. Future editions need their own check: an old festival guide can remain searchable after dates, entrances, and ticketing procedures change.
Correction, October 25, 2026: The three listed services have two distinct closing times. An earlier headline counted three.
