Blood pressure pill recall: which lot is affected, and why the three-drug combo is not on the list
One lot of Ascend's amlodipine and olmesartan 10 mg/40 mg tablets is recalled over a dissolution failure. The three-drug olmesartan, amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide pill has no 2026 recall in FDA records. A separate Viatris recall covers telmisartan and amlodipine.
