Oracle files to raise $20 billion in new stock and bonds

Oracle is selling $10 billion of common stock, about 76.5 million shares at its Oct. 30 close, plus $10 billion of notes in six series. It already had $125.3 billion of senior unsecured borrowings as of Aug. 31.
