Appeals court revives NFL Sunday Ticket verdict, but $4.7 billion award still needs a new trial

The Ninth Circuit reinstated a jury's finding that the NFL overcharged DirecTV Sunday Ticket subscribers, but upheld the order throwing out the roughly $4.7 billion award. A new jury will decide damages for about 24.6 million subscribers and businesses.
