Medicare's 2027 rules cut what patients pay for 340B drugs and some scans

CMS says people with Original Medicare who get 340B drugs at hospital outpatient departments will save about $900 on average in 2027. Some imaging gets cheaper, and more Botox-type shots need prior approval.
