Grand jury upgrades George Washington Bridge road rage case to second-degree murder
A Manhattan grand jury indicted Victor Romero on second-degree murder in the October 20 killing of Koran Irvine on the George Washington Bridge, replacing the manslaughter charge filed at his first court appearance. He is due back in court November 23.
