Marvell agrees to buy Lumentum in a $115 billion all-stock deal for AI optics
Lumentum stockholders will get 4.5 Marvell shares for each share, about $1,132 based on Oct. 28 prices. The deal needs stockholder votes and regulatory approval and is expected to close in the first half of 2028.
