Newport Beach high tide: waterway closure and parking relief
The waterway beneath the Newport Boulevard Bridge closes from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday. Parking relief ends at 6 p.m.; the coastal flood warning continues Thursday. All times are Pacific.
