About 34,000 still without power in the Seattle area after Saturday night's windstorm
Seattle City Light and Puget Sound Energy had about 34,000 customers out early Sunday after gusts up to 50 mph, down from about 45,000 overnight. A high surf warning runs until 10 p.m., and more rain arrives Monday.
