Google introduced a dedicated business landing page in Gemini on October 20, bringing together tools for branding, connected apps and work with business data. The announcement described connections with Google services and outside products including Shopify, Canva, Dropbox and Xero.

Businesses can supply a website, fonts, colors or a brand kit so generated visuals can follow a defined style. Keeping those inputs together could reduce repeated setup when preparing several pieces of material.

The announcement includes customer stories selected by Google. Those accounts describe the businesses' use of the tools; they do not establish a time saving another owner should expect.

The different tools depend on different inputs. A product description needs accurate measurements, materials and delivery terms. A social graphic needs the intended wording and brand assets, while a data summary depends on the rows and formulas in its source table.

Errors in those inputs can survive into a polished result. Generated visuals also need inspection for altered product details, misspellings and illegible text at the size customers will see. For data work, a chart's appearance cannot resolve missing records or an incorrect assumption.

Google's Connected Apps instructions explain how to review available apps and connect or disconnect them. Personal-account instructions have a separate path for work and school accounts. That distinction affects which settings apply to a business using the hub.
