There is no new NCIS tonight. CBS has handed its entire Tuesday night, Nov. 3, to election results: the network's published schedule lists "CBS News: America Decides: Election 2026" from 7:00 p.m. to midnight. Both NCIS and NCIS: Origins come back with new episodes one week later, on Tuesday, Nov. 10.
Tonight on CBS and Fox

Nothing from the regular Tuesday lineup appears on CBS's listing for the night, and Wednesday's schedule goes back to entertainment programming, starting with Survivor. Fox is sticking with its regular lineup. Its press schedule lists a new Best Medicine, "Can't Stop the Healing," from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific, followed by a new Doc, "Facade," from 9:00 to 10:00 p.m.
When NCIS and NCIS: Origins return

NCIS is back on Tuesday, Nov. 10, from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific. The episode, "Speechless," follows the team after they find an 8-year-old girl hiding alone in her apartment while her Marine mother is missing. CBS says the girl, played by Kinley Andreen, is hiding "a surprising skill that just might crack the case wide open." CBS's release notes that Andreen is Katrina Law's daughter.
NCIS: Origins follows the same night, Nov. 10 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific. In "Baila Esta Cumbia," the 1993 storyline follows the team's investigation into the murder of a con woman, which hits close to home for Lala, and in the present-day scenes Mark Harmon's Gibbs teams up with Emily Wickersham's Ellie Bishop for an interrogation. CBS lists Wickersham as a guest star.
Both stream live on Paramount+ Premium through the local CBS station's feed. Essential subscribers get them on demand the next day.
