Oklahoma City man charged with mailing hundreds of powder letters to election offices and Congress

Robin Patrick Martin, 67, of Oklahoma City is charged with sending hundreds of threatening letters, many with non-hazardous white powder, to state election boards, members of Congress and others before the 2024 and 2026 elections.
