Appeals court lets Crichton estate's ER lawsuit over The Pitt go forward, but drops Noah Wyle

A California appeals court said Michael Crichton's estate showed enough evidence that The Pitt is a derivative of ER to keep suing Warner Bros. Television. Claims against Noah Wyle, John Wells and others were thrown out.
