HealthCare.gov's 2027 prices are out: benchmark premiums rose in 91% of counties
2027 plans are now on HealthCare.gov ahead of open enrollment on Nov. 1. In the 29 states it serves, the benchmark silver premium for a 40-year-old rose about 10% in the typical county before tax credits, and much more in Delaware, South Carolina and Alaska.
