KATSEYE postponed its Thursday, November 5 concert at Chicago’s United Center and its Saturday, November 7 concert at Target Center in Minneapolis. The venues say replacement dates will be announced. The United Center is asking fans to stay home Thursday because it will keep the doors closed for the concert.
What happens to tickets and VIP packages?
Both venues say tickets will be valid for the new dates. Keep the tickets you already have, along with any VIP package or soundcheck upgrade. Those extras will carry over to the rescheduled shows. The Target Center event page lists the Minneapolis date separately, so check the notice for the city on your ticket.
If the new date doesn’t work for you, both venues say refunds will be available to the original payment method. The notices don’t give a refund request deadline or a processing timeline. If you bought through a resale marketplace, check your order with that seller for its procedure. The venue notices don’t spell out how third-party orders will be handled.
The two postponements affect separate stops on the WildWorld Tour. If you were planning to travel for either show, check the venue page for your city before making a new booking. As of Thursday afternoon, both pages still list the original dates with a postponement notice.
