Starbucks said August 25 was its strongest fall-menu launch day in the United States and Canada. The company's August 28 announcement did not publish a sales total. The menu put three new drinks beside Pumpkin Spice Latte, using espresso, matcha and black tea as their different bases.

The August 24 menu preview described these combinations:

New drinkBase and serving stylePumpkin component
Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken EspressoBlonde Espresso, brown sugar syrup, cinnamon and oatmilk, over icePumpkin cream cold foam
Iced Pumpkin Cream MatchaIced matchaPumpkin cream cold foam
Pumpkin Spice ChaiSpiced black tea and steamed milkPumpkin sauce and spice topping

The new drinks extend the pumpkin menu across coffee and tea, with iced espresso and matcha options alongside hot chai.

A milk alternative in the base does not describe every other ingredient. Check the complete current ingredient information, including the topping and any customization, when a dietary restriction matters. The menu preview supplies no basis for ranking these drinks by sweetness, caffeine or price, so those comparisons require the specific size and current product listing.

The launch also included a Hedgehog Cake Pop and the return of the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin.

The launch-day record is Starbucks' own assessment. Availability and price for a particular drink and size should be checked on the intended store's menu.
