Harkla has recalled about 25,541 children's sensory swings sold in the United States because the ceiling hook can separate from its plate, dropping whoever is in the swing. The company has 29 reports of that happening and 14 injuries. Two were concussions, one a broken arm, the rest bumps and bruises.

Another 5,534 went to buyers in Canada, where the recall runs in parallel, and the hardware at issue is the same.

The recall is limited to Harkla compression swings with a blue fabric seat that came with a four-hole hook and ceiling mounting hardware, with a drop length of 18 to 24 inches. Count the hook's holes first. Swings with any other hook are outside the recall. The SKU, printed on the side of the packaging, reads LS-COMP-1BLU or LS-COMP-1BLU-SW.

They sold for $100 to $130 from March 2020 through December 2025, on Amazon and Harkla.co and through sensory-equipment retailers including Sensory Tool House, Hammer & Jacks, Loaded Sensory and Renew on Faire. That is a five-year sales window. The importer is Base Products LLC, which does business as Harkla, of Boise, Idaho.

Take the swing down until it is fixed. Harkla is sending a free repair kit with shipping included, holding a replacement ceiling hook mounting plate plus a safety strap and new installation instructions, and owners register for it at harkla.co/pages/ceiling-hook-recall-2026. The company asks that the original hooks be thrown out according to local waste rules. Its recall line is 844-939-2122, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific on weekdays, and the email address is [email protected].

Neither of those two has an injury report attached. Both were pulled because the product fails a federal safety standard, which is how a recall can arrive before anyone is hurt.

The PILLANI pillows are U-shaped, with a smaller pillow attached on top and an adjustable waist strap. An attached label carries model number NP4351 and one of three batch numbers: 202604, 202605 or 202606. They sold on Amazon from April through September 2026 for $30 to $40. The refund requires sending a photo of the product and then disposing of it as the company instructs, through [email protected] or pill-ani.com/pages/recall.

The pajama sets are short-sleeve tops with matching pants, sold in eleven colors and prints, in sizes 4-5T through 13-14 years, on Amazon from February through July 2026 for about $23. To get the refund, owners cut the pajamas in half, email a photo of the destroyed set to [email protected] and throw the pieces out.
