Walmart's holiday sales will run across three events from November 12 through December 2, with selected online deals reserved for Walmart+ members during their first 24 hours.
The retailer announced the schedule on October 26. The distinction for shoppers is that each event has a public start date, while some individual deal drops have a separate membership restriction.
According to Walmart's announcement, the calendar is:
- Early Black Friday: November 12 through November 15.
- Black Friday: November 23 through November 29.
- Cyber Monday: November 30 through December 2.
The two Black Friday events begin online at 12:01 a.m. Eastern and in stores at 6 a.m. local time. Cyber Monday begins online at 12:01 a.m. Eastern. For Pacific time shoppers, those online starts fall at 9:01 p.m. on the preceding calendar day.
What Walmart+ gets first
During both Black Friday events, Walmart says selected online-only deals will be exclusive to Walmart+ members for 24 hours, while supplies last. Remaining items from those drops open to everyone on November 13 and November 24, respectively. Membership does not guarantee that an item will remain available.
Retail Dive's comparison counts 14 sale days across the three events, compared with 10 in 2025. It also notes that the new announcement does not identify specific discounted products, unlike last year's initial announcement.
The longer schedule gives shoppers more dates to consider, but it does not establish which event will offer the lowest price for a particular item. Product-level offers, stock and any membership conditions will need to be assessed when Walmart releases those deals.
